Live auctioneers has a lot of great auction houses. I've won items from a bunch and never had a bad experience. This was horrible. Should've known when I bough a lot of comics and there was one pic. Condition was not described. The comics had covers off on them, tape on some holding it together which was hid, and all in horrible shape. Was a huge waste of money. Then they try to gauge you on shipping. Was 10 comic books, generally I am charged 15-20 dollars and they are bagged and boarded in a box made to hold them. They wanted to charge me $37 for shipping, way more than the winning bid with buyer's premium. When I said no way, they dropped it to $27. Still a rip off. And they came with not boarded or bagged and shoved in a regular box with some paper in it. Stay away from this auction house. They sell stuff that should be in the garbage.

Michele and Darryl are kind, honest people. We enjoy attending their auctions, its a fun experience w new items each week. Highly recommend!

I have bought from a number of action houses and Denotter is one of the best and easiest to work with when you win. Pickup is easy. They are friendly and helpful with questions.

I needed help understanding shipping & handling and they helped every step of the way. I have dealt with them couple of times and will continue to do so because they are so helpful to me.

A little surprised when it came to packaging and shipping however that was my fault for not reading the “policy” in the first place. Totally satisfied with the way the process worked out but like I said I was surprised but totally pleased with the outcome.

This was my first live auction, it was great. There’s quit a few things I really enjoyed. You get to see the item, witch is great, the excitement of bidding in real time and sometimes it’s someone there. I had a great experience, for me it was a nice way to spend the evening. The best thing to me were the people there talking and making a couple friends.

The knive set and block is in pristine condition. The Air Hockey Table has been put to good use by family. Win Win for all!

The "heart necklace" is in perfect condition. Excellent piece of quality jewelry. The earrings are also in perfect condition. A little smaller than I would normally wear but, very nice.
