I have bought numerous lots from Luxury Fine Art Auctions over the past 10 months, primarily high quality photographs. I have found their service to be excellent, with accurate descriptions of the photos. Their invoices have come quickly and their payment system works well. The lots have been shipped quickly and well packed. In sum, I have had first class service from them and would recommend this Auction house highly to any future customers.

My items were professionally packaged and shipped within a very reasonable time of my winning bid just before a holiday weekend. I had one issue with a change in town for my shipping location that was not picked up when I put in the zip code. I emailed them, they corrected the issue and sent me a confirming email. The items arrived in perfect condition and were as advertised and shown in the photographs.

Had a slight issue with one of the items I purchased. Auction house responded immediately and rectified the situation in a quick and fair manner.

They are very accurate in there descriptions and provenance. They give a COA on all of their photographs. I feel confident when bidding for any of their items. I will always buy from them if I have the chance.

While there are many excellent Auction Houses across the country, Luxury Fine Art is a cut above the rest. Simply put, they are the greatest. The staff is extremely kind, understanding and very professional. If a customer has some kind of problem, the staff at Luxury Fine Art will do everything they can to try to help resolve that problem. Luxury Fine Art sells top quality pieces of art. They do not play with words while describing the piece and they do not manipulate photographs of the piece to try and hide something. If a customer wins an item or items, he or she will know exactly what they are getting. Also, Luxury Fine Art has one of the best in-house shipping departments of all time. If a customer wins an item or items, once the invoice is paid, that customer will receive their package perfectly wrapped and in a timely manner. I know all of this to be true, because I am a Luxury Fine Art customer. Soon, I will be a Luxury Fine Art frequent customer.
