I have been doing business for years with Woody Auction and have never had a single problem. They accurately describe items and provide excellent photos. Woody Auction always points out any flaws in an item. I especially appreciate their in house packing and shipping. The cost is always lower for shipping than other auction houses I deal with and I have never had a single item damaged in shipping. I plan on continuing to use them often.

Stunning Royal Vienna vase and Porcelain clock! Arrive safe in Canada due to their outstanding packaging and service. The clock is good working condition and chime the hour and 1/2 hour.

The description of the items was very accurate. The items that I received were all in excellent condition. The payment arrangement went very smoothly. This auction house offers in house shipping. I was very pleased with the way that the items were packed and I thought that the cost of shipping was very reasonable. All 7 items I won at their most recent auction were exactly as described. In addition, they shipped all 7 from in-house, even though 2 of the items were rather large. Lastly, they were able to combine all 7 items into two boxes for shipping, which greatly reduced the overall shipping charges. What a great example of true customer service! Thank you to Carol and her team! I will definitely be watching for future Woody Auction events and won't hesitate to participate again.

The employees at Woody's Auction house are incredible people, especially Carol!! I had some traumatic events that happened last month (Dec. 2022) just before Christmas, and Carol was so kind to listen. She is an amazing, kind, understanding, and supportive person. Woody's is lucky to have her, give her a raise!! They are very professional, and seem to treat all their clients (buyers included) like family. In conversing with them, they responded quickly, and were very patient with me in answering all my questions. The items I won were as described. The items I got were crystal, and they packaged these very well. The shipping cost was fair considering the number of items and their weight. There was no damage to any of the items during the shipping and delivery process. Mainly due to how well they packaged the items and marked the boxes as fragile. I couldn't be happier dealing with Woody's Auction. They are by far the best auction house I have dealt with. And Carol, I just can't say enough about her. She is a magnificent person!! I highly recommend them. They will have my business from here on out.
