Very poor quality packing meant merchandise arrived broken.

I received some incorrect items with my order. they immediately responded and sent the correct ones and even let me keep the wrong ones. their packaging was superb, shipping rates were more than fair. I understand that you are taking a gamble when you buy things with a COA, however the 2 art works I bought were fake. In the first it was clearly stated it was a Pablo Picasso signed piece, however after having it appraised they let me know it was a fake, maybe worth $50. As for the Henry Botkin I bought it was also a fake despite it saying it was an oil painting from him. I am very dissatisfied with my purchase and I would never shop with them again. On live acutioneers it was also misleading when it stated estimated value. This experience is horrible and I will never buy on this platform or auction house again.

Lodestar was very helpful when UPS damaged one of my paintings. Overall good experience.
