Jonathan: You admitted that the product arrived safely except for one Item. Which I offered for you to return any items that were damaged, and I would give you a full refund for those items plus return shipping cost for the damaged items. You declined to send anything back because in your words, only one item was a little damaged in shipping which contained Hot Wheels and you said it wasn't that bad. Your request for half the shipping is unreasonable, seeing that the only thing that was damaged was the outer shipping boxes. You wanted me to refund you for half the shipping cost of $175.00. Because we did not have enough tape on the boxes, However nothing came out of the boxes and nothing was missing or damaged. Yes, the outer shipping boxes were damaged by USPS? The product inside the boxes arrived safely. How can you justify $175 for two outer boxes? Ridiculous! We reused boxes that are capable of making the trip safely without damage to the product inside. So what, the outer boxes were damage. We get boxes in all the time in the same condition, and yet the product arrives safely. So, because I didn't comply with your request you decided to act out in a Rude and Childish way by bashing me with a bad review. You called me Conniving yet you tried to take advantage of me for what $175 for two outer shipping boxes. You had nothing for me to file a claim on with USPS and If I would have tried they would have dismissed the claim, because. NO PRODUCT WAS DAMAGED IN THE SHIPPING! How can you honestly feel I owe you $170 for two outer shipping boxes. I am sure no one would give you a discount of $170 for damage to two boxes that had nothing to do with the product you purchased. This is not true.! You can see in the pictures the condition of the coins. I never spoke to you about this, so, I could not have told you to look at the pictures better. Why would I say that. I would have first went and looked at the pictures to see if I could see what you were complaining about. Which is exactly what I did once I read your review. I see no issues with these coins or any evidence that they were ever opened. I do not see any scotch tape in the pictures as you stated in a private messaged to me. I take a lot of pride in my business and I go out of my way to help my customers. However, it seems like I cannot please everyone no matter what I do.
