Once an auction, the prices that are published are not the prices that you pay for the item it would be with your winning bed and then you’re paying a premium on top of that plus shipping plus tax so you’re pretty much can count on 1/3 of what you bid been added onto your actual purchase price

Well I purchased this ring from PAPPS auction house. Transaction went well but when I collected my package it was open. Ring as mentioned was new but when I inspected it was dirty I mean fingerprints and some dirt and watermarks as if someone dropped it or had wet hands. appraisal card and ring were both outside box loose and not with item.

Their estimated value is about 80 % higher then actual valuation unless they are GIA Certified just received third shipment on one order and ring is incorrect if bidding 20 % of estimate is more correct.

I purchased a pair of emerald earrings which I am very pleased with. They are beautiful. My only complaint is that it takes so long for the auction house to ship. My credit card is immediately charged after the auction, but I don’t receive the merchandise for approximately 10 days. The shipping label is created immediately, but merchandise is not really shipped until at least a week later. Overall, I am pleased with the auction house.

It took over two weeks for them to ship after I had paid for the items.

If your total comes out to under $1000, then you can pay by credit card-which was a very easy process. Otherwise, the options are more complicated. The photo was more of a stock photo but the ring does look like the picture. I plan to have it appraised at some point to confirm quality but I think it’s a lovely piece. Very responsive to questions but wish there was more detail about stones on listing.

Great customer service-I love Papp's auctions. I would have liked a bit more information on some of the products. Most products have lots of information in the descriptions but some were missing some details such as necklace length or stone size, minor elements. Thrilled with all of my Papp's buys. There have been a few so far and I am sure there will be more.

My won item was shipped within 2 business days. Auctioneer called to confirm information. The item was received quickly and securely and I was provided tracking numbers immediately.

The ring I ordered is gorgeous and was sized by Pappa, which is not always offered by other auction houses. Size is perfect and delivery was meticulous. I would recommend seeking this auction house for treasures!

They were good at responding to questions. Product as advertised. Shipping wasn’t the fastest but not too bad (called in payment on a Monday. Item received the following Friday). I would buy from them again

Papps requires jewelry purchases over $1000 be paid by check. They say you have to email a photo of the check before mailing it. They don't tell you that they will use those emailed photos to immediately deposit your check. Despite taking your money immediately, Papps refused to send my item until the physical check arrived in the mail. After I complained about this, they said they would refund the shipping cost but never did and now don't respond to me. They also restrict restrict you from changing your delivery to a pick up. It required numerous emails to get this restriction lifted.

A great auction house with an all-round carefree package, all questions are answered quickly and there is always a practicable solution even for special requests. We will continue to buy from PAPPS. Jack deserves any trust placed in him.

I had a couple of questions and received prompt and professional responses. Satisfied with my purchase though the card shipped stated the setting was yellow gold and the item is white. I thought the shipping charge of $50 was outrageous considering there is a 20 % fee. But the item did get here quickly.
