Ian, the CEO & President, answered all my questions, and even arranged to drop the purchase of with a local shipper, with whom be had taken up contact, to help me expedite the dispatch. Phenomenal service. You should give Napoleon's your business, if you can.

I won the item, paid the following day, contacted the UPS store to arrange for shipping. I received an email from Napoleon's Fine Art informing me that they were refunding my payment because they could not deliver the item I won. Very unfortunate situation because I really liked the sculpture. Haven't gone into Live Auctioneers ever since.
