Rafael Osona always has the best, most tempting items at auction. I'm going to need another display cabinet for all the gorgeous tea caddies I've won at their auctions. Their shipping process is very efficient and one of the best I've ever experienced.

The item was finally located at the UPS shipper. Rafael Osona staff were nice, quick to respond and very helpful. Problem was with the UPS shipper. Choose another shipper. UPS was slow and very unorganized. They were very expensive and a fragile Nanking Pitcher was not double boxed and poorly wrapped. It did arrive in one piece thankfully.

This firm and its people and inventory are all top of the line.

I have been going to and buying things from Rafeal Osona Auctions for over 25 years. They have always carried beautiful antiques and art and they are always very helpful. Mr. Osona is a real professional and a very nice man. Hi staff is also very professional and very helpful. Most of the auction items are from Nantucket and were collected by people who have lived in Nantucket for many years. They also have great taste. I asked them to remove my drawing from the heavy, outdated frame to reduce my shipping costs and because I plan to reframe it. They refused to do it, even after numerous calls, and referred me to the shipper. I wasn't asking much!

Osona's have been in business and running auctions for many many years. I know they are new to the online format but they are very established and professional. I have dealt with them for twenty five years with great success

Honest auctioneer, but they don’t take credit cards and wait for checks to clear before releasing item. Also, they charge RI sales tax regardless of residency. As long as you know that going in, I trust them.
