Super reasonable shipping! Unfortunately, many auction houses use shipping as a profit center and while you got a great deal at auction, they will rip you off on shipping. NOT HERE! This place packed and charged me at cost for my glass bowl. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Again, I will not allow my name to be run through the mud. I have proof the address was changed. The fact your auction house incorrectly shipped the items and your response was "file a police report nothing we can do" as you can see in YOUR previous email. I have NEVER and I repeat NEVER had a problem with any other auction house, no other disputes, or any issues for that matter. It is sad that a business will make a mistake and go as far as trying to email, text, and contact other auction houses with lies and continue character defamation. I would love to see your "proof" as I have all my receipts of address changes, emails, contacts, and the texts you sent out to other auction houses. Again, I will continue to inform and answer any questions anyone may have regarding your unprofessional and unjust acts! If your auction house had not incorrectly shipped the items and then continue on to locate every person I have done business with and run my name through the mud we would not be here. SO maybe you should look at your business and look up the definition of customer service before "hammering at the keys" because the "stunts" you have pulled with not just me but with others shows your so called auction house is a scam, you rip people off, and continue to harass them! AGAIN BUYERS BEWARE!!!

Read the auction house responses to their customers. Rather than take responsibility in their mistakes they rather place blame and act like children. This is their response to items never received! Dandelion Wishes             Thu, Feb 27 Ok, then you change your address with the post office. Correct? If so then all your mail should have been forward to the new address. The package was delivered by USPS. They have your change of address information. So it should have been delivered to the new address. I believe the post office will give you 6 weeks to contact everyone about your address change. Did you change your address with live auctioneers? It's seems so with what you are saying. The strange thing is we print the ship to the address listed on the invoice. So, I can only have guessed that the time we printed the shipping label was the same day that live auctioneers made the change. But need least to say the post office should have your new address that are the ones that delivered it. Because it's not my job to contact every person that wins a bid to see if there's an address change. I moved several times in my lifetime and every time the post office was able to reroute my mail without any trouble. I hope you find your package. I'm not sure if I can help you any more at this point. You need to talk to the post office. Now if you did not change your address with the postal office system then how would they know that you moved? Maybe the package is with the new people at that address. BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN BUYING FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE AS YOU CAN SEE OTHER PEOPLE HAVE HAD THE SAME PROBLEM AND THE REVIEWS FROM "DANNY" THATS THE OWNER THEY'RE TERRIBLE!!!!!!

I have received other items that I bought after the February 6th auction. I emailed to have everything put in one box and still did not receive them. I emailed again after I opened the box to let David know that I didn't get them.. no reply. I called and spoke with him and he said that he sent out two packages on the same day and it was showing still in transit. That was over two weeks ago.

This is the first time I've dealt with Dandilion Wishes and overall the experience was great. I will definitely be checking out future auctions.

I ordered items from this auction house AND PAID-they stated they shipped it but of course to a wrong address. I even went as far as going to the incorrect address and the box was missing. Their response was "file a police report, nothing we can do to help you". I filed a dispute via PayPal (they never disputed the dispute) and I won as they screwed up. After I won they go and text, call, and email every auction house I ever registered to telling them all lies that I don't pay that this is the second time this has happened! I have receipts confirming my claims. ** BUYERS BEWARE DO NOT BUY FROM THIS AUCTION HOUSE **!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Two items arrived broken. One had been previously glued but not disclosed. Shipping was expensive but cheaply done. Items were stuck in stiff bubble wrap envelopes from the post office and items were loose in the packaging. Shoved four items in one box, two were broken. Three messages sent, only one response. Sent pictures of broken items and have not received a response.

Very professional.
