NOPE! I won an item in February, I have contacted auction house many times to find out where my item is. They have assured me it will be sent out. Well... it's May 1st. They have my money I don't have the item. AT this point I will file a claim with my bank. ugh

Two of the five chains were different sizes and different clasps than what I ordered. Now I'm concerned the rest of the items are also not what I ordered. Could be a simple mistake but a little concerning.

Pacific Global took almost a month to send me a 1715 Fleet coin that doesn't resemble the auction photo. I did not receive the coin that I bid on. I am not happy about this experience.

Credit card immediately charged without review. Got an email about choosing shipment method. And then a few days later received a review request. But no shipment.

Total Fraud-they stated this is authentic signed print, what they did not describe is that they printed out a photograph that contacted a signature in the file and the signature is printed-note a hand signed print. Total Rip Off

Pacific Global Auction charges a large premium and billed my credit card immediately, They sent an email later sayting that the item would ship in 2-3 weeks. The auction was on Sept. 9 and today is Oct 4. When I called to see where the item was they told me they were authenticating it and may not ship it until after the holidays. They should have authenticated it prior to offerring it at auction-that is misreprentation at best perhaps fraud at worst-so they could have shipped it in a timely manner. At this point I am wondering if I have been scammed.

I won a single coin in June for $42 and they sent me a shipping charge of $69.99 to Australia. I emailed them and said I have never been charged such a ridiculously high shipping amount ever and for much larger and heavier items. They replied oh we are a small family company and don’t get the good rates of the bigger companies, what BS. They said they could change it to another company for a slightly less ridiculous amount of $29.99 and went on to tell me that it will not be able to be tracked once it leave the USA, again BS. I tracked it the whole way. I won 4 other coins the same week and Gold Standards shipped them to Australia for $12.95. Beware and check the shipping prices before you participate in any auction with these guys. Fair enough make a margin on packing and shipping-but $69.99 for 100g to Australia, now that is just pure greed. Don’t rip people off. I only wish there was a way to block search results that find Pacific Global listings.

Don't bother with this auction house. They will list something with a low reserve and increase the ask price multiple times throughout the auction. That's their prerogative, but it's a waste of time for most bidders. As far as the item I bid on, it took forever to receive. I will keep my theories as to why to myself, but Buyer Beware, there are much better auction houses out there.

Item description stated new with tag, but no tag included. No documents proving new versus used. Also did not receive any gem assessment report as I typically get with gems. Otherwise the ring is beautiful and we love it.

I was happy with the coin that I bid on and it was a gift for a Serbian friend that works at a speakeasy that is in Tesla's old laboratory in NYC, NY

Be very careful with coins. They will send you cleaned/ungradable worthless coins without disclosing this information.

Bought item on May 17th and today is June 7th and have not received my purchased item....

I received my lot quickly and without problems.

Every question I asked was answered quickly and when requested to have by a certain date for anniversary, Christine was very diligent and made it happen. 5 star experience.

The note was shipped in a soft plastic sleeve with no support on each side and dropped into a padded envelope. The note arrived with a crease in it that was not on the photo of the listing. Very disappointing.
