This is one of the easiest auction houses to do business with. I appreciate that it is so easy to pay and that they handle shipping. It makes things go so much more smoothly.

They are always great and responsive and I love the in house shipping. Much quicker and less expensive. I always want to bid with them.

First of all, they don't accept PayPal (that is like going back to the 90s again). Then, they only have 2 very expensive shippers: when I ask them to give me an email address of any USPS agent to contact to do the process cheaper, they don't know anything. Incompetence. To last, at the description of the item, it is written that "it comes with a certificate of authenticity" that it never came with the painting. So they forgot to include it or it was a lie.

I've bought items from Desert West in the past. Prices are usually low, packing is very good, even for large fragile pottery, and service has always been excellent

This auction house had live action feed of the entire auction. I loved it! Most of the auction houses don't do that and I wish they would because it is almost like being there.
