The only communication I received from Antique Arena was an invoice four days after I won my item. I am at a great distance from New York and made arrangements for shipping by the local UPS store. I had to call/email several times to learn the status of shipping and finally more than two weeks after I purchased this item it was transferred to the UPS store for shipping. It was disassembled at AA, thrown in a box at UPS and delivered to my client completely destroyed. When I informed AA of this situation, their response was "we are not responsible for packing of the item, what happens after is not our concern..."

I was very upset that one of my items was missing. They did refund me for the missing item but it was extremely disappointing.

The bidding and payment process went smoothly as did the pickup of the won items at the auction house.

Had a great experience in bidding and paying for my 140 year old lot but I needed to ship my lot as I’m a distance away from the auction house. I chose shippingtec as I like to support small businesses but I should have chosen the UPS store option. My item arrived in a broken down box that had been taped to make an envelope with no packing materials inside. My fragile lot arrived broken in two pieces. Shippingtec is working to get a refund and the auction house has been great working with me but I recommend you chose another shipper. I buy items at auction because I want to add them to my collection. Not to hang up my money for two weeks then give it back. Again, auction house great! Shippintec terrible.

Very accommodating in arranging pick-up of my item and, in these days of COVID19, brought the item down to my car and assisted in loading it in. My appreciation to the entire staff at Antique Arena!

I was very interested in bidding on six lots. I sent a request for condition these items two times. I never received an answer. Because the uncertainty the condition I had to bid low. I only won two the items. I will never bid with them again.

Mostly junk, but a few useable pieces.

Shipping was very expensive. It came in a pieced together box all covered in tape. The watch was just wrapped up in bubble wrap inside the box. Looked like my 6 year old packaged it. Not worth $30 extra.

This little Lalique figurine is so adorable, and a great little desk top accent pieces. Piece was exactly as described.

When you can’t attend an auction it’s important that’s items are described accurately which was the case with Antique Arena it gives one confidence that you can place trust in the auction house
