I won 2 items and had never purchased through them before. I was nervous and reached out a few times. Every time I did they quickly got back to me to answer any questions or concerns. The shipping was 2 day and had a signature required for extra security. The items were exactly as they were shown when they arrived. I was pleasantly surprised and they were well packaged.
