No hassle dealing with SSS; only issue was I thought chain was included with pendant (based on pictures)

I wrote them a couple weeks after "winning" 4 pieces of silver. I got back a smart ********** reply saying, "we have 5-10 business days to ship." Well, that was over a month ago. I'm still waiting.... Maybe you'll have better luck with them....

Disappointed it cost over 12 dollars to ship a 1 ounce coin.

Outrageous Shipping and Handling for 1 oz coin. On top of the buyers premium there's a very high S & H price. If there is a lower cost shipping option it was not offered. I do not plan on participating in any Triple SSS auctions in the future.

They delivered something I didn’t win and hence, did not deliver what I did win. Also, the silver derringer I won was not delivered. I will not bidding with Triple SSS again. Not trustworthy or reliable.

Triple SSS was very quick to process, respond to my questions, and get my order delivered. Very, very happy with this.

I won many coins during two different auctions on July 21 and 24 and still have not received the product. I provided timely and accurate correspondence, proof of payments and they still opened a dispute on me. After I emailed even more proof and tried to call (the posted number is non-working) and even gave them my direct number and email, they only removed the dispute with no further comments. I am giving them 5 business days to respond in a professional manner to me, even with me fulfilling their terms and conditions of sale, before I have to see a third party. I don't want to do this, as it will only be nothing but a headache for us all, but more for them due to all the evidence, proof, etc. I have provided and maintained. If they respond from this review and my emails and provide tracking information or refund my cash 100 %, I can then update this review based on good faith of response, however it would be sad that this "public" review was needed to begin with. Sad thing is, if they would just have responded to an email like any normal business person, a human, decent professional courtesy that anyone would want, it would have been sufficient until product received. Something like, "please give us 'x' days and we'll get back to you with info..." all anyone could ask... but nothing.

Slow to ship. Only received 1/2 the order after 3 weeks. no response to questions about shipping.

The items I bid on an received are precisely what was shown. Packaging was very well done and well protected. Response from them on questions have gone unanswered and that with the slow shipping is my only complaint about them.

I only say check Ebay because prices can be higher on Ebay. So look around if its silver or gold...

Slow to sip items

Chain is so small I had to order another one which made this purchase more expensive then it's worth, not to mention waste of time. Not happy!

I purchased $900 worth of jewelry.... still have NOT received my items despite numerous inquiries, e-mails, etc. to Triple SSS Designs. Will have to dispute this with credit card company apparently.... do NOT purchase from this company!

I’ve waited to write this review in hopes something positive would happen to change my mind but I’ve given Triple SSS plenty of time to course correct what’s been a series of mistakes. I’ve emailed one person at least 12 times and emailed via the LA portal when someone emailed me via that connection. I first bid on a 14k gold chain necklace and won. I loved the chain that was attached to the listing. When I received the package I was so excited to open it up and it was a totally different chain. I immediately emailed any email attached to the listing to let them know. Apparently I was sent someone else’s chain and they got mine. I wasn’t happy but I had no choice but to let them fix it. A man named Jaiden emailed an apology and said I could send the wrong chain back. I had to follow up with him again for the return postage form and I immediately sent the chain I got back to Triple SSS. More time went by and still no word on when I would get the chain I purchased. Jaiden said he had to wait until he got it back from who it was sent to. In the meantime I bid and won on two more of the exact same chain. When I received those two chains I had a bad feeling and when I opened them up it was two TOTALLY different chains compared to the photo in the listing. I immediately emailed Jaiden again. I heard nothing. In this email I sent photos of the listing picture and what I received. I still have heard nothing back from him. Also... I STILL Haven’t had any word on the first necklace I was supposed to get. Because I had gotten an email from Triple SSS via the LA website I also emailed that person back. Jaidens emails were coming direct and this other person via the auction site. A person named Jack emailed saying they were sorry and to send photos. I told him to send me an email to forward photos too. I have NOT heard back from anybody. I have since sent the wrong chains back to TripleSSS and want FULL REFUND of all 3 chains.

What was delivered to me was misrepresentation of what I was actually bidding on. The ring I received was visibly damaged, the quality Of the diamonds and gold are junk and a poor knockoff of a replica! The picture listed on the auction is inaccurate of the ring that they ship by FedEx. This is criminal and in violation of California fraud laws. Papps, Triple SSS Designs, knew the representation of this ring up for auction was false, not forthright about the truth of the actual item posted. Papps, Triple SSS Designs, listed this item for bid and sale through the Live Auctions platform under false promise and intentional, negligent misrepresentation. The ‘ certificate ’ card included has the image posted up for bid, and a value of over $100k. The certification is also from a fraudulent site. The ring that I received is a different product, severely damaged, the diamond bezel setting pushed in to side the massive black significant flaws and inclusions. The owners demean my intelligence by asking how is it fraud and where’s the damage. Shameless characters. I have asked to workout a solution for a return or replacement and they have not responded. Ive asked for a resolution with no response to address my concerns. Thank goodness we have laws protecting consumers from such fraudulent behavior. Live Auctions have been helpful and responsive, but they too haven’t heard from the auction house. I’m over $15k into this ring, and this was my engagement ring. They have no ethics and their responsibility is for nothing. Beware please!!

I bought a necklace and pendant. Triple SSS Designs contacted me saying the item did not pass quality control and had a cracked in one of the stones. They asked if I wanted a different stone and i told them no just refund me the money. They sent the item anyway. There is a crack visible to one of the stone in the pendant. They are not responding to me about it. They should have just refunded the money if it didn't pass their quality control. My wifes favorite color is pink so i didn't want different stones. Unacceptable.

I have purchased things on other auctions and was always somewhat let down, especially with fine jewelry. These gorgeous ruby earrings exceeded my expectation and I'll be following SSS for more treasures!
