Great merchandise

... I have never received an item through Liveauctioneers 'auctions that was damaged and obviously fixed with glue without a mention in the description of the items up for auction. I understand that there is always a disclaimer to contact seller for more information on quality but obvious problems have always been included in the description. I wouldn't trust the piece for any hot foods since the glued section is right above the handle. I suspect I will just toss it at this point.

The title pretty much sums up our experiences. We were able to get all the pre sale information needed in a timely manner. The items arrived in the condition advertised the photos were accurate and the description was clear. Very happy with purchase and the entire operation. We will be following this auction house and hope to make future purchases.

They are very professional. They made the transaction very easy. I would highly recommend them.

I have been a long time auction house buyer, and this was truly one of the worst I have ever dealt with. I contacted them repeatedly in regards to having my items shipped and it took them just shy of a month to actually do so. In the process they kept creating shipping labels that would never actually be updated or dropped off at the post office. UPS was also used to ship to my (something you cannot do) and I had specified from the beginning that we needed the shipment sent via USPS to our and that if they were insistent on using UPS I would need to provide a different address. With poor too little communication over all, I was this close to reporting the whole charge to my credit card company, not entirely sure if this company was indeed legit. When I finally did receive my items (three antique quilts that I paid over $1000 for in total) they were shoved crudely into a , no packing, no protection, no bags or anything whatsoever. I would absolutely not purchase from this auction house again, nor would I recommend anyone else doing so.

The auction house was unaware that a shipping company had already picked up my item and was preparing it for shipping. Not very good inventory control.

Very much appreciate that staff was willing to meet me the day after Christmas for pickup!

This auction was well run, with good descriptions and details. I'll definitely attend future auctions, but will not be using the same shipping service. Took forever for them to pick up and ship-and it was just a single, small item. But the auction itself had nothing to do with that-this was a shipping issue caused solely by the shipper.

I hope to see more auctions from this company.

Accurate Descriptions, Attentive Customer Service, Helpful Staff

Amelia's auctions are always great no issues, well, described, and great communication.

Amelia promptly answered my call about payment and shipping. The auctioneer made all shipping arrangements with the local UPS store saving me the trouble of doing it from afar. Item description and condition accurate. I would definitely bid on items from this auctioneer again.

Items were shipped economically and packed well. Payment process was easy. Items were as described. What more can you ask for?

There was an issue with what I was sent and Amelia went above and beyond (even coming in when she had the flu) to make sure it worked out. Super satisfied with the lot I purchased, super satisfied with the customer service. I recommend her auctions with complete confidence.

The item was accurately described and was shipped quickly. Really couldn't do anything better. I would happily buy from this seller again.

Excellent service and response to questions I had. It was a very new auction house but with an auctioneer I have known for years when she was at Garths. Items were accurately described. The packing from their local UPS store was some of the best I have ever seen. It was a work of art how the items were packed and protected. I was sad I had to dismantle the box in unpacking.
