I’ve purchased quite a few coins and currency from Key Date Coins, and I have to say. These guys at KDC are very good at what they do. The last coins I purchased were nicer than they had expressed. I’m very very happy with the coins I received From Key Date Coins and will buy many more from them in the time to come. Exceptional customer service exceptional coins. Additionally Key Date Coins Has one of the Most Entertaining Auctions I Have Ever Attended With Live Audio and Video The Entire Time.

Do not trust anything this auction house says in their descriptions. Direct quote from description: “Each page will contain silver coins”. I purchased 11 pages and not a single silver coin was received. Why blatantly lie? Why not just label the coins for what they are?

I have made many purchases from Key Date Coins and have been mostly happy with my purchases. However on this and another order there were missing and/or incorrect items received. I have messaged Key Date Coins multiple times and have yet to receive any response.

I have had many great experiences with Key Date Coins. However, in recent weeks, I have had problems with my orders, I did not receive the item that was advertised. In the first instance, Key Date came through immediately and sent me the correct item. However, recently there have been two instances where I did not receive the item advertised and multiple messages and emails to them have gone ignored.

KDC usually has the same items from day to day so if you miss an item due to a higher bid, the item will usually come up again and you can try again. Most of their stuff is not super rare and pricing reflects that. It's a fun way to get your feet wet.

Deceptive, big surcharges, weeks to receive packages, and unresponsive to concerns, such as not receiving the item purchased. I see other customers have had similar bad experiences with KDC.

I had been bidding on the different large collection lots and looked carefully at the pictures. I had purchased 100s of dollars of these. Suddenly, the picture shown for the item I was bidding on was NOT what was described at all. Totally different item. I reached out to info@ kdc but no response. No more key date coins

I purchased a mint set based on the provided description. It caught my attention and was the only reason I purchased it. Upon receipt of the set I examined it, only to find that it was not as advertised. I contacted Key Date about returning it because of the price paid for something worth much less. I was told to return it for a refund. Key Date received it on June 12, and has yet to take my calls or emails. If I am one incident, imagine the possibilities of multiple non payments. They used the postal service to facilitate this deception. That is not a good process to be involved in. I have gone to a third party who is involved with them, and guess what??? Even they don't get a response. Watch your money!!!

The auction house offers coins at a price point that a beginning collector can afford. They do offer some real gems but often times it's more common coins that many would still like to have in their collection.

Never returned my messages. Late getting my bills.
