Bidding while traveling outside the U. S. can be very difficult dealing with houses regarding collection payment etc. However I was in contact with Brian and Rachel, and all my emails were answered within 4 hrs. I am really sensitive to time especially when I am traveling abroad. Great operation. Shipping was really fast but the thick packaging was a bit of overkill for small items I have to say.
