no customer service, they kept my money and provide one fake tracking number after another, no phone messages can give them all the information and they say your playing games. meanwhile they simply stop responding, and you are left alone with out the item you paid for and a credit card bill. IN the end look up their BBB rating hundreds of unresolved complaints. your the lucky ones, if you stop now and do not bid on items you wont get.

Bid on a lantern being told that the lantern was cracked but the glass globe wasn't... globe was cracked in transit as the seller packed the lantern with the globe in without checking to see if it was tight.. it wasn't, almost 1/2 an inch upward movement, they responded one time asking for photos I sent those... cricket ever since, called the number they provide just rings and rings and rings... great buisness people I give this establishment or the one that's no longer in buisness shocker a 0 out of 10

Bought several items. Always satisfied. They make it easy to purchase items on during their auctions.

When an item is described "Gold" and I enquire as to the gold content, but no answer comes back from seller, that is a red flag. Then when I get it, you find that it is only worth $5, because it is fake jewelry. Nothing gold about it. These auction houses should be held accountable to a much greater standard, when even mentioning the word gold. Even Ebay has standards when it comes to gold. I was very disappointed.

It was a lighter, what else can I say. My wife was born in New York and even though neither one of us smoke, it was a souvenir for her.

The items name included the letters EEC or ECC. To this day I have not found any reference as to what it stands for. Apart from that, I knew I wasn't getting diamonds and the ring is beautiful.

Quite a wide ranging number of items, but I limit my focus to jewelry. Even here, the number of rings, bracelets, pins (broaches), necklaces, pendents is quite wide-ranging. Something for everyone! Sometimes necessary to compete in bidding, otherwise I can get some for low bid. Always pleased.

Over the past year I've been fortunate to obtain winning bids for most of the items I've been interested in. Receive items with a 10 day or less period of time. When watches have not been working, I've tried for repair, and when 2 repair places said impossible, I received refunds.

Quite a treat to receive such a varied mixture from the yellow-green beaded necklace, to the pearls and clear beads triple layer necklace. The beaded bracelet is also enchanting.
