Nice and easy to bid and quick service and delivery.

I was pleased with the accuracy and condition of my item, as well as the prompt shipping and delivery. I was not as pleased with what I view to be a questionable bidding process. I had made an original bid for my item, was outbid, and I outbid the competitor once more. I noticed that person withdrew their bid and I inquired to the auction house which of my bids would be honoured, the original or the highest, believing it should be the original, as there would not be a highest bid had that fellow bidder not bid and retract their bids. The auction house assured me it would be the original. I watched the live auction process and when my item came up the original bid was displayed, then my highest bid with nothing in between. When I inquired about this, the auction house informed me the auction was being held on two websites and the in between bid was on the other site, which I found to be a little shady as there was no way for me to confirm this. They offered to sell me the item for the price that was offered on the other website, but upon providing my details failed to follow through. The difference was $10-$20, depending on if the original price was honoured or the one supposedly bid on the other site, so marginal, but a little questionable nevertheless. Despite the misunderstanding, I'd bid again with this auction house. I do believe it was a misunderstanding and am happy with my item, the quick delivery and the initial prompt communication with the auction house. I would maybe suggest being more transparent with how many sites the auction is being held on.

Great items. I would prefer lower opening bids and authentication by an accepted authentication organization.

No response to my issues and slow ********** shipping for as much we pay in all of these extra fees and shipping costs doubled. Its should arrive faster and have better tracking.

Have them send the tracking numbers of items shipped, especially when the tracking numbers were requested.

Buyers premium to high. Shipping cost to high.
