I must say out of any auction house this small mom and pop business was the easiest transaction ever. Everything was automated and intuitive from payment to shipping. They included everything in the invoice. And even though I live in Hawaii it was the fastest shipping out of the 65 transactions I've done on live auctions. Why can't they all be this easy? Until a few days ago I was still trying to get items to me that I won a month ago from other auction companies.

These guys don't know how to pack: I've received 3 shipments from them, and out of 3, two arrived broken. And the claim is my problem with USPS, because they take no responsibility. Tremendously disappointed. Do not buy, unless you collect your purchase yourself. If they ship, you have a good chance of getting your purchase shredded.

The worst packing job. One of the pieces, the best of them, arrived absolutely destroyed, and now it is my problem with USPS because 1957 Estate Bargain does not assume any responsibility for the bad packing job.

Not only was there no buyer's premium, they combined shipping and charge was very reasonable. Look forward to bidding again.

Great auction item for great price and excellent service

The auction process is as customer friendly as can be: the auction did not charge a buyer's premium and in house shipping was included with the sale. My only concern is that the auction house did not disclose slight damage to the book I purchased. Inside the front cover of the book are two places about 2 inches long where the book cover is separating from the body of the book. Thus, the paper that connects the front cover to the front endpaper has two tears in it at the crease. This is the only problem with the book, but it is noticable as soon as you open the book. It should have been disclosed in the description or there should have been a picture of it. Having said that, the book is otherwise in great condition.

I had no issues with them. Recommend-worthy.
