Disappointed with your unfair comments. Your item was well packaged and sent 4 days after you paid!!! (We do not open the day after each auction as we prepare items to send out). I sent tracking info but if you either ignore it or blame it on the system that is not my fault. It may have escaped your notice but the whole world is suffering with Covid 19 and both UK and USA postal services, (where this item is being delivered to), have been hit terribly and we are experiencing massive delays... AS I STATE VERY CLEARLY ON MY AUCTION INFORMATION AND INFORM EVERYONE, THERE WILL BE EXTENDED DELAY WITH DELIVERIES! As both the first and second worst hit countries with this virus and with all the issues we both are facing i would have thought some common sense would have prevailed before any defamatory comments were left... but obviously i am wrong. For your information, it actually left the UK 2 days after i posted it and the delay is USA side with UPS. So, thank you for you single purchase and enjoy your poster but don't be so quick to express blame before finding out what the issue is. I have made contact with everyone who has messaged me and explained the situation and everyone, without fault, has understood completely and are quite happy to wait as they understand the situation. In fact every tracking info i have looked up ALL show the delay is in the country of origin. Any way, I am quite happy to hold my and my auction houses head up high as we have done nothing wrong. I am sorry the USA postal system have caused you upset but as i see this situation continuing for quite some time i feel it best that you do not bid on any of our auctions again especially after expressing insults and crude language, none of which, as a REPUTABLE AUCTION HOUSE i wish to deal with.
