Here, our family has spent multiple generations in all aspects of the antique business, building over the decades a diverse and robust client list spanning the globe that is second only to our sterling reputation. Great auction (challenging shipping situation)
There are always great things turning up at auctions in the Hudson Valley from old estates in the region. I won this painting at a good price and have already restored it. But getting it home was a challenge. The local UPS store gave me an estimate, then tripled it after I won the auction. I turned to Purple Comet as recommended by the auctioneer. Thanks to the Old Kinderhook for their patience in the process.
