Items I won in auction arrived in great condition but not timely. The process of receiving items after winning an auction is Convoluted. There’s an expectation after you win an auction that you have a measured time to pay for your items. My Reputation and reliability as a valued customer in based on my ability to fulfill my financial obligations in a timely manner. The same urgency, is not placed on ensuring I receive my items in a timely manner. It’s disheartening when the same urgency is not placed on ensuring that orders are sent out timely. I realize that several items are auctioned daily and it an involved process but somehow my payment method and timeline is able to be prioritized in the process. The customer is at the mercy of the secondary shipping agent, inventory, and any other factor that may interfere with the shipping of products.

I love it when an Auction House knows about and correctly lists all of their merchandise and also supplies great shipping terms. These people are first class all the way. You can bid on anything here and know that it is correctly listed, and if you win, it will be shipped for a very fair amount. I just cannot say enough good things about this auction house. There are very few Auction Houses that I would ever rate as highly as ours. This is one of them.

Great people to deal with, highly recommended

Recently bought a lot of amazing spider-man comics from this auction house. When i received them they were not individually bagged and boarded, which would have been ok if they had actually taken the time to package them properly. It was very clear from opening the package that these comics were haphazardly thrown into an envelope with the same care that king kong takes when he climbs buildings. The covers of half the books were ripped and bent from what ever idiot shoved them in. These are collectable items that have value and that value lives and dies with their condition. I do not appreciate the destruction of items I bought and paid for. Really poor performance guys... Not bidding with you again.
