We have shipped over 1500 items this year and only three complaints you, another artifact guy and a comic bk buyer. Your box was lined with foam and all items individually wrapped and foam on top. what else would you suggest. your items arrived without damage as well, regardless of how ugly the box appeared or how the post office handled your item the packing did its job. WRT to your comment "disconnect with auction items both in descriptions and knowledge of items". we went out of our way to make sure the bidder realized we had no clue what you are buying there was no disconnect we made it very clear buyer beware as we have no idea about the artifacts or the condition or grade of coins!
