Product was as described, the only thing I didn't like was the cost of shipping. The cost of shipping three small models was $41, they have some unique items, but I won't be bidding again due to high cost of shipping.

My item was a small badge weighing 5.5 oz. The postage was $80 to Australia. I complained. It was reduced to $70. I pointed out that I had several similar badges posted recently for $21 using USPS. I had the badge sent to a friend in NY who on-posted to me for $21.55. For that to happen, I paid postage and NY state tax totaling $22.01. I believe I am owed $22.01 because the badge should have been posted directly to me for $21.55 instead of the blatant attempt to extort loaded and inflated shipping costs. Had I simply paid the $80, the overcharge would have been about $60 for a tiny badge that slipped straight into a padded envelope-or 50 % of its value. There's an old saying, "if you catch me once you're a fool, if you catch me twice, I'm the fool" That's not going to happen. I'll never buy again!!

This is how online auctions are supposed to work! You bid, you win, they ship item using credit card on file. Other auction companies gouge you on shipping with a ton of fees (i. e. Donley Auctions probably the worst)

Overall, a very easy and rewarding experience for a foreign bidder. they arranged the shipping for my items in a timely manner and their fees were more than reasonable.

Check the Oil Promotions, LLC is a great place to find automobilia and petroleum items. Great communications, and great shipping. Packing is outstanding and rates are very reasonable. I also like the ability to pick up at their location or one of the shows they will be attending. There are a lot of other auction houses, but I think CTO is the BEST!!!

Very fast shipping.

Bid on and won two items. One was original and very happy with it but the other was nor real and was fabricated from a cheap Buick hubcap but listed as an original Royal automobile threaded hubcap. The amount after premium, taxes and shipping amounted to about $600 and the Buick cap it was fabricated from is worth about $20. There seems to be no recourse.

The Sinclair Oil can was NOT a restored Sinclair can but a newer generic one with a cheap sticker placed on it. Buyer beware!
