This was an easy and accurate transaction. I had pre auction questions and they were answered in a timely fashion. Post auction I received an invoice as stated with all additional fees as stated. The payment process was seamless. My items were packaged well. They were shipped USPS and cost was reasonable. In all this was a good auction and I will gladly do business here again.

I’ve only praise for Kimballs Auction and Estate Services! After the auction ended, Kimballs responded promptly with their in-house shipping cost quote, and shipped the day following my shipping payment. The total shipping costs, consisting of actual Priority Mail shipping cost plus a $10 packaging fee, were extremely reasonable. My fragile items were very well packaged for shipment, were safely received, and were exactly as described. I hope I can do business with Kimballs again soon!

I paid, they contacted me about the invoice, and I never received a follow-up email or the item. I emailed the house several months later and never received a response.

I found great customer service with Kimball's Auction-I simply called & advised when I would pick the item that I had won-upon arriving at Kimball's Auction, the item was ready to go-we had a nice conversation about the auction & online auctions in general-in the past, I have purchased other items from Kimball's Auction, & have always found the owners to be convivial & knowledgeable about the items they sell-

Shipping of my small items took a month, my email requesting shipping was not timely communicated to the right person. Not sure I will bid on items from this auction house in the future if I need shipping.

At first I thought their shipping was quite high; but after I received the package, I understood. A huge box of peanuts with each item individually wrapped. And it arrived quickly. Thank you

Kimball is a great auction house that I highly recommend

It took a month to receive the items and the most important piece had been camouflaged to hide damage that was not disclosed during the auction. Horrible customer service. Do not buy from them unless you can examine the item in person. It is unethical in my opinion to misrepresent items

They got a 2 star because they did have fast shipping but when I received the 2 boxes. One was 8 lbs and one was 9lbs. I was charges $82.39 in shipping!!! I am someone that ships everyday so that was DOUBLE what shipping should have been. I was charged not 1 but 2 processing fees. Then when I open the spitoon there was a quit large chip out of it. I did contact them and was told that it wasn't shipped that way and that I would have to file a dispute with the shipping company. I feel that if these auction houses want to sell on a online auction then they should KNOW how to ship! I don't know what I am going to buy till the live auction starts so to ask for a shipping quote is not a option. Then you have already paid for your items when you slammed with the shipping costs. I won't be buying from them again that is for sure!

Pick up was smooth and pleasant.

Chose to pick up my item as I was relatively close. Calls to Kimball's were answered quickly and we easily made arrangements to pick up item. Pick up was quick and pleasant, item was just as described.
