i had to pick it up at the post office and pay a very large amount of duty

These guys are consistently on point. Auction was Saturday, invoice received Sunday and items arrived to my house on Tuesday. That is some outstanding service in my opinion. Careful attention and detail to packaging was well apparent. I look forward to many more purchases!

Nothing could have been easier. Communications were prompt and clear. Payment was super easy and shipping was fast. I am extremely happy with my purchases and hope to buy again from this auction house.

Photos were accurate of the auction items. Wish I knew ahead of time, the range of shipping cost/fees. The shipping cost ending up being the big surprise for my auction win. My items were all paper, as listed and had no fragile items. Maybe listing the weight of entire box would help bidders estimate a shipping cost range? Overall I was pleased with the transaction, and my items.

Fast is the key word! I purchased this on Saturday, got an invoice the next day and received the item a few days later. This is by far the quickest turnaround I’ve ever seen. The process was simple and quick. Item was professionally packed and arrived in great condition. Online auction lots had good descriptions & plenty of photos (with the option to get more upon request). Initial invoice was sent on the day following the auction, with a follow-up invoice with reasonable shipping costs sent the next day. Lots were well packaged and shipped immediately upon receipt of payment and arrived within a couple of days. Overall, a great experience.

Very happy with everything about Rail and Road. Their pictures are clear and show details I need to be able to bid. Bidding was easy and I was able to win several lots. Items arrived in great condition, very well packed and they worked closely with me on the shipping I wanted. Items were exactly as I was led to believe and were just as described.
