Everything about the experience was professionally handled. The item was described and photographed very well. The payment process was incredibly smooth. The staff at the preferred shipping company were fantastic. They described all of the shipment steps perfectly and I felt incredibly comfortable with them. My item arrived in pristine shape and they took every precaution to secure all the parts from damage.

Several months after winning an auction item, I had a question occur to me about my understanding of something in the item's condition report. I reached out to Schmitt Horan and despite it being almost 5 months after the auction ended they were nice enough to promptly call me and answer my questions about the condition report and provide me additional information on the item. I would highly recommend them!
