SB SOS communication was terrific with prompt, helpful responses before and after auction was held. Quality of auction items was terrific — just as described — and enabled us to enjoy gorgeous furnishings we would not otherwise have. We will definitely watch for future auctions!

. Still awaiting item after nearly a month. Promises to get things done (on the couple of occasions when they actually responded to a dozen phone/email messages) remained undone for three weeks. It's October 3-still waiting for an item I bought on September 11. "Not ready for prime time" sums it up.

They are both professional and caring... and entirely knowledgeable about assisting with the process of finding good homes for quality items. The seller’s wishes are regularly considered and the buyer allowed to make sound decisions about purchase. They take care of all details, from advertising, working with buyers, settling payments and delivery of goods. I seriously could not recommend them more highly.
