Telephone number given for auction house is not working. Impossible to speak to anyone. Who sends breakable item by USPS? I better get a refund. Do not want any replacement of this broken item. Will not bid again with this auction house.

My purchase was a 1, 700 +-year old statue. It was poorly packed (just bubble wrap in a crate, despite $850 + in packing and shipping charges) and arrived broken. Castle Valley has not provided the shippers name after at least three requests. There will likely be legal action.

Auction house received payment on the 1st, the item arrived on the 28th. Paid $100 for shipping, but the item was shipped through the USPS with a shipping cost of around $20. In addition, the item turned out to be a fake.
