Eldred's were very professional with their help with this auction item, however, the shipping took 68 days and it was extremely difficult to get responses from the shipping companies. I received other parcels with 2 weeks from later auctions that I won coming from the States.

I am so sorry that this did not get to you sooner. The sale date was June 9th. We received your payment on June 20th (thanks). You told us to release the item to UPS on June 29th. Because of our July 4th Holiday, the item was picked up here by UPS on July 7th. So, the item left our building less than 30 days after the auction. If it really took 38 days longer, isn’t your complaint better directed at UPS? We do our best with the hundreds of packages that go out every month, and we are sorry that the experience wasn’t flawless for you.
