The process was very easy and my item arrived in perfect condition. The photos and condition report were helpful and accurate. They handled shipping for me as well, the shipping price went up a bit after the original estimate but not a lot. My item arrived in perfect condition. I would recommend.

Very Easy checkout t and shipping which is the most important part of any auction. They also offer in-house packaging which is again another convenient feature. It is always difficult to find good shipping services in places one is not familiar with.

This is clearly a vulgar fake and the top is not even crystal. This is very dishonest! Refund immediately shipping fees included. Disgusting piece that belies the lack of honesty here. A scam.

This was another good auction experience with Willow Auction House. The Sumida pottery was accurately described. and the photos were informative. In-house shipping is always a plus in my book! The pitcher was well packaged, and the shipping and handling cost was very reasonable. I'm pleased with the Sumida pitcher; it looks quite good with the other pieces that I have. I'm looking forward to the next auction with Willow Auction House.

Bought two small fragile items. Each was wrapped in a paper towel and placed in a very large box with a few plastic “pillows”. The items moved about easily within the box. If they’d used an appropriate postal service flat rate box it would have cost $8.55. Their box cost $32.17. I will not buy from live auctioneers in the future as no care was given to my purchases and the amount charged was illogical. I had no problems with the website, description, or auction house. I will return to buy items in the future if the shipping situation changes.
