Great Experience

Aside from shipping being collected separately (and costing more than my item) this was a fine experience. I might have missed the secondary billing in the terms. The shipping agent reached out to me for payment and was very couteous and professional

I purchased two separate arrowheads at auction inside of small shadow boxes. They both had stickers on them that read “Fine Flint Point-Found Middle, Tenn”. The price for both was $552.00 One of them was indeed made of flint. The second one however was made of a PLASTIC POLYMER and not flint! Nor was it “Found in Middle, Tennesee”! It is a plastic polymer molded copy of a real flint arrowhead. From the pictures of the items at auction you could not tell that it was plastic and not flint. I have tried REPEATEDLY to contact them via phone and message (via Liveauctioneer) to try and return just the fake one and be refunded on that purchase only. They DO NOT RESPOND! I even had to call over and over and leave several messages to them just to ask them to bill me and ship my items weeks after auction. WTH? Today is January 20, 2021. The auction date was December 5, 2020 yet here I sit still waiting for a response. I have used Liveauctioneers for YEARS and have never seen such horrible service from one of their auction sites. I will never return to this site and if you want a fair, honest auction with good customer service, then this IS NOT THE PLACE! BUYER BE VERY AWARE!

Auction was fun and they had a great selection. Shipping was slow. Would still participate in another auction. Auctioneer was very nice on the phone.
