I won two art auctions more than 3 weeks ago. Buyer's premium was to include shipping. After waiting about 2 weeks, I contacted OAB and was told they would ship out 3 days later. Indeed I received a FedEx tracking number, but now an additional week later the tracking shows that the items were never given to FedEx. I attempted to contact OAB both by phone and email this past Friday morning, and there has been no response to date. David in Atlanta

The auction House was excellent in presenting the the bronze. The packing was excellent. Shipping during the holiday season was slower than I expected. The overall experience was very good

After having paid for two different purchases 40 days ago, nothing was received, no information is given, no response from OAB to any mail, message or phone call

OAB did a great job with communicating and packaging my item. My art was just as described and looks even better in person. I recommend.

This was the worst experience I have had in over ten years of buying on the LiveAuctioneers. In May I purchased and paid for an Alvar ceramic sculpture which was to be packed and shipped by OAB. It took over two months to get as OAB said they didn't have the appropriate creating. On receipt it was broken. It took months to arrange its return due to the inaction of OAB. On receipt OAB said they would provide a full refund as it was insured and packed by them. They have repeatedly said the check is in the mail-no check. They then said a check would be sent by fed-x-no check. Now I can't get a hold of them by telephone and they won't answer emails. These people cannot be trusted.

Wonderful experience working with this auction house. I had a few questions on the piece and they answered them promptly. The art arrived quickly and was very well packaged and crated. Free framing and shipping is almost unheard. We are very happy with the art and hung it the day it arrived. I would definitely purchase from them again and will keep my eye on pieces that come up.

I can't begin to tell you what a pleasure its's been to deal with OAB Auctions. I've been collecting art for the past forty years and have dealt with every auction house from Sotheby's to Christie's and probably twenty others through the years. OAB Auctions stands out. The commission structure is fair and the fact that they offer free shipping is unprecedented, especially in the world of auction houses. What a pleasure it was to be one of your customers. I sincerely hope there's artwork that I fall in love with in, in one of their future auctions.

Was a very large piece and they worked diligently to make sure it was crated and arrived in great condition. A pleasure to deal with!

My third purchase with OAB. The packages were all wonderful in protecting the sculptures. A wonderful auction house to buy from!

The two pieces I won on OAB auctions had said they both came with a Certificate of Authenticity (COA). I received a copy of a copy of a COA on one item and no COA for the other item. I have sent over 18 emails over the past 6 months and have called in numerous times. Initially they said they would send them but then they've just stopped responding. I would have NEVER bought these items if they didn't come with a COA. I'm still emailing and calling but no responses. By far, the WORST experience with any auction house!!!!!!! Stay far away and beware of their false advertising!!!!!!!

Horrible company

Painting was as described and arrived in excellent condition. Expertly packed and the frame was of superior quality and matched the painting perfectly. Appreciate all the care.

It has been a month since they took over 1000.00 out of my account and I have never received my item. They will not respond to my messages. I contacted them 2 weeks ago and the only time they replied was to tell me it would ship on Tuesday. Still nothing. Looks like I need to contact my credit card company. I'm very frustrated! We are trying to plan a trip but can't, I wouldn't want this item sitting in my yard for days if they do decide to ever send it. Yes why don't you respond to my messages or send my item its been a month!!

This little painting was SO much more upon arrival than we expected based upon the online depiction. We are THRILLED to possess it, and our friends and neighbors are seriously impressed with this art.

Have to admit the buying and receiving of the item was as easy as could be. The item was packed perfectly and made the long trip in perfect shape. On to the next bidding opportunity.

I had great interaction with the company immediately after the auction. But my item has not yet arrived in Australia 1 month later. I understand there may be delays, but emails to OAB remain unanswered. This is poor customer service. I'm left wondering if my item is in transit, or if there is a problem or if i've been defrauded.
