Pandora was amazing to work with. I thought that I had thrown out my purchase from them by putting the wrong box in the trash can. It included a reasonably expensive ring. I was in a full blown panic as the trash collectors had come and gone. Over the course of the weekend, Pandora was very responsive and empathic in helping me. I get a LOT of mail so it was a game changer when they were able to describe the exact box that it was shipped in to narrow down my search. I am happy to report that it was not one of the boxes that I had thrown out, and that I recovered the one-of-a-kind ring. I am sure that the person who helped me lost time away from family, etc., while they messaged with me outside of business hours. I really appreciate that they didn't push off until 'monday' even though I was the one who was a total dufus. This is the extra mile experience that should increase anyone's confidence in doing business with them.

I was watching the item I won for a few weeks. I thought it was interesting and neat and that it would be a great thing to add to my antler related antiques. The pictures made it look nice and I had never seen one. I decided to go for it and I bid what I was comfortable with and won! When I got it in just about a week’s time, I was blown away by how nice it was and in what great shape it every single person I showed it to widened their eyes and their mouths opened wide. They were blown away at how beautiful it was and that is was a genuine antique. I feel very lucky that I won this item! Thank you Pandora! You were great to do business with!!
