Dear Mr Wassim, This review is addressing the prices of the shipping company which we are not affiliated with as we do not have in house shipping. As it clearly states on our profile, we are located in the UAE and since you are located in the US, it is only natural that the shipping will cost more, plus your item was fragile. Again, this is related to shipping and is not related nor is it unique to our auction house. Moreover, we have been in communication with you from day one, accepted your delays in payment for weeks and assisted with penalties and cooperated as much as we could. You then said someone will come to pay on your behalf, after which we requested authorization and we followed up with you for weeks. You still failed to your bill and in the end, asked to cancel it, which we did. Bear in mind that with all of this, we have sellers to pay and cannot delay as much as a buyer wants.
