I was disappointed with the lack of communication and miscommunication from the shipper. I would be reluctant to use the preferred shipper in the future. For a pottery pitcher, the packaging was some bubble wrap in a cardboard box. A little pricey! Auction house is fine.

Easy transaction. Item as described. I won two sculptures. Unfortunately when I opened them, one was broken. Not sure how because it was very well pack. Reached out immediately and let them know. They were very responsive, polite and handled the situation very professionally. Would definitely buy from again. Would refer family and friends.
