Items were not as they appear. Not enough information in the item description to understand the item. I purchased a mantle clock that looked like a wood case that turned out to be plastic.

It's been almost 2 months since I won 10 items in their auction and I still haven't received them. I realize it isn't the auction house that is responsible, but it is their responsibility to have reliable shipping.
