No problems whats so ever

I successfully won the auction, and when I reached out to OC ANTIQUE AUCTION, they responded promptly and provided valuable assistance.

There was a problem with processing shipping but I received a phone call and the situation was resolved

I've been waiting since the beginning of June 2024 to receive 1 framed painting. After much chasing and following up with this auction regarding shipping/arranging logistics, an incredibly unhelpful and unwilling to assist man that works there rushed me off the phone and told me this is an issue to take to Live Auctioneers and refused to assist me any further in helping me find a solution to have this shipped * after having waited for 2 months to get an answer from them *. Live Auctioneers confirmed this is the auction's responsibility and they need to resolve this for me. Needless to say, I still have not received my painting from this auction house... I am incredibly frustrated and urge to do your due diligence before you place any bids with this auction company before you're stuck like me...

After winning an auction item from OC Antique Auction, I promptly paid the invoice sent to me which included shipping. Several days later, I received a separate invoice specifically for shipping that was twice as much as the original total invoice. I attempted to call OC Antique Auction but the phone was disconnected. I sent two emails and did not receive a reply. Eventually, I had to cancel the charge on my credit card due to item never being shipped to me.

Just run away, OC Antique Auction, is not worth stress! I won an item, paid for it and S & H and have had nothing but a run around since I paid them. I tried working with them and called and emailed and still got the run around. Poor service and support. I am still trying to get the item I won and paid for and to date still nothing but a run around.

I have tried to contact the auctioneer, to no avail. I paid for my item as soon as I won it, but have not received it. I reached out twice to ask about shipping, but nobody responded. I'm not at all happy with the auction house and I won't do business with them again. I want my item, or a refund!
