They were very kind and understanding when I wasn’t able to pick up my items within a reasonable amount of time due to some health issues. The items were paid for right away but I live hours from the auction so I was trying to coordinate the pickup with a visit to my grandparents who live much closer. I did my best to stay in contact with them and they were understanding of the circumstances. I will be glad to buy from them again and I’ll be sure to have a better plan in place for picking up my items in a more timely fashion! Many thanks to the staff! — Paul
