This is clearly a case of overcharging.
I was charged $155.40 without prior authorization for a purchase that cost $16. A $100 fee was added; I asked for an explanation but never received one. When I requested to cancel the purchase due to local regulations (France: laws regarding ammunition imports), I was charged $30 without consultation or prior agreement, meaning I was refunded only $125.40. I received no response to my emails regarding these issues. This is completely unacceptable; I have never encountered such difficulties with a US-based auction house.

The only complaint I have is the online payment fee. If I have to pay with a credit card, why charge me extra for doing so? Other than that, I'm happy with my purchase.
