Super friendly people on the phone. Got my items after a bit of delay.

Still waiting for item! Said they would call last Friday and did not. Never know who you are talking too? Do not answer with a welcome, name or title … still waiting!

Warning-do not do business with this business. I won three items on their Feb 2026 auction amounting to over $10, 000. Contacted them multiple times via email and phone to arrange shipping. They never call back. Finally out of the blue, they just reply via email that they are going to issue me a refund, never bothering to tell me why I couldn't have my items. Still waiting for my refund. Contacted LiveAuctioneer Support a week ago for assistance so far they have not been helpful to get my refund. Looks like I'm going to have to file a chargeback claim with my credit card company. Considering filing a complaint for wire fraud with FTC if this isn't resolved.

Scam seller, item never arrived. They printed a shipping label and never shipped item. had to charge back AVOID!

Never received items.
