You might want to read this, whoever is in charge of Live Auctioneers, This Auction House has a BID RIGGING scheme in place that is illegal, unethical, and will not be tolerated, THEY RUN The Left bids on your site, I saw it first hand leaving bids and being present watching the sale live, THEY RUN EVERYBID PAST THE LEFT BID AND THEN BACK THE BID DOWN TO THE LEFT BID ON LIVEAUCTIONEERS BID, there's no one in the crowd bidding, just them, Auction CO., if they continue to do this AND YOU DO NOTHING, I will be contacting the FEDS. thk y., look back over their sales and your records.

I paid for the item the next business day after the auction closed. Hartzell sent it to pack mail. I contacted package mail via email never received a response. The package mail called me on the phone. I paid the shipping costs via debit card. It has been 17 days I still have yet to receive shipment.

Very kind and helpful-I sent my 80 year old mother to pay and pick up my purchases and they boxed and loaded the car for her. Wonderful family business.

Item arrived damaged from Fed Ex... shipper handled it very well.

The auction location may give one pause, however this house is professional and operates with integrity. One can rely on their descriptions and vetting. They are the model I wish others (auction companies) would observe.

Spoke with Hartzell. He told me to send a prepaid shipping label for the two small clocks, which I did, and he would put them in a box, and ship them. A week later, wondering where the clocks were, I received an email from a shipper. Total lack of communication.
