The shipping is always too much money. You need to find a better way to package and ship items. Even though one might get an item for a good price at the auction itself, by the time you are done paying the buyers premium and the shipping you have paid a substantial price for the item and it makes me wary on bidding.

Get the discriptions accurate

Item had a small crack yet it could have been easily overlooked.

The item was advertised as a advertising store display, when in fact it turned out it was a advertising beer/pop cooler. The auction house did not seem to take the time to figure out what they were selling, and what they were advertising.

Mark Mattox and staff once again were very professional and helpful to work with-the best!

It doesn't get better than this

Please update your records re Mattox auction survey. I have filled this out twice. Since the last survey the auction house has notified me they will pay half the price of the damaged item.

Figurine arrived badly damaged and returned. Shipped uninsured and I made assumption it would be insured so it was my error in not asking for this service. No buyer protection with online auction so I am out the money for item and shipping. May stick with eBay.

I find Mark Mattox, and his associates, are people of integrity, in a business where that is not always the case. They are helpful and quick to respond, not just to questions, but in situations where something might be overlooked. Mark is a real professional and great to work with.

Mark was very business like and co operative and provided good interface with shipper. His female staff were also very responsive.
