I should have asked questions, but relied on pictures. I received a ladies watch and description did not say ladies or men's watch.

They added a ring to my cart (auction sale) that I did not bid on for approx $1200.00. I called them about it, and they made me pay a $230 restocking fee. (For an item I never purchased). They refused to remove it from my invoice. I had to pay it because I did not want a negative bidder remark on my file, that would prevent me from bidding in the future, and for fear of a legal action. Also I never received anything from Live Auctioneers into my email stating that I won a ring, I only received an email for the 2 items I actually bid on and won. I will never buy from them again. No telling how many on-line bidders get burned this way by them.

They were excellent once you were able to get in touch with them. Multiple phone calls and repeated information, not kept in their system, to get a payment issue resolved.

The actual process of the auction and sale were quite good. What I found to be disturbing was the tacked-on cost ($22) of shipping my purchase to me. I bought a 16 "by 20" print that was rolled and put into a tube and mailed to me. $22?? Really?? It almost doubled the cost of my purchase. Will probably keep me from buying there again..........

Hello, I have received the Rolex that I have payed almost 4000 USd and have discovered when I took it to the Rolex shop that it's worth nothing. they have told me that diamonds are not Rolex and this is considered a fake Rolex. I am not satisfied with the product and I am feeling that I have been deceived especially that it says in the description that the watch has been maintained, I was under the impression that this could only be done by Rolex. They over inflate the appraised value of most of their items. But if you know that going in you can get a better feel on how to bid.

This was the worst experience ever dealing with these thieves. I would never participate in an on line auction again!

The item looked completely different in the pictures than it did in reality. It appeared to be vintage in appearance on line, yet in real time it looked new and machine made. Will be very reluctant to bid again-feel like I was "taken".

he house I have a major complaint with is Churchill, nothing looks like it was plus I paid for the items weeks ago and still haven't received the yellow 14kt. diamond ring the only item I got that looked like what I received is a silver $The fella running it must be frounting 4 a cheap jewelry co. every thing but the coin has been shipped from a jewelry co. and I mean it has taken weeks and still haven, t got my stuff? so what do u think on a scale of 1 to 10-2

When u win multiple items and there shipped all together, it's a scam they all get charged separate shipping like they were shipped individually. Rip off I got way overcharged and they pocketed an extra 50 + dollars they wasn't paid to ship. I'm done buying it's a joke and a scam to grow there bottom line.
