Friday features an extensive nautical collection ex of a Harsen?s Island nautical collector. Items include a periscope, telegraph and signal light from the WWII submarine, U.S.S. Cero (SS-225). A ?Hezzanith Mk III S.L. Standard? teak and brass binnacle, a Siemens Brothers & Co. Ltd, London ?Hammer Head? brass ship?s telegraph, others by J.W. Ray, Great Lakes Engine Works, etc, plus two brass WWII Destroyer telegraphs, one by Begg & Greig? to name a few. Fine bronze sculptures from the same Harsen?s Island estate including a fine bronze mermaid garden fountain, a Antoine Bofill (Spain 1875-1921) sculpture of a cabin boy and three pieces by Jim Davidson (Amer. B1962). Firearms including a finely engraved Boss & Co side by side shotgun, c1905, having an ?Exhibition Grade? English Walnut straight stock with checkered wrist, butt and checkered splinter forearm. Also, a U.S. Springfield Model 1873, trapdoor rifle, .45-70 cal., c1889. Carpets and rugs including hand woven wool Turkish, Chinese, Persian Hamadan, etc. Porcelain pieces including an English Staffordshire blue and white umbrella holder, KPM figurines and bisque porcelain hen nest tureens and more. Lighting fixtures including lamps, chandeliers and sconces. Furniture items include a carved walnut palace throne chair, and a Louis XV rosewood queen size bed. Finally fine jewelry including a 7.0 ct cabochon ruby ring with diamonds set in 14kt yellow gold. A 14ct natural opal ring, size 10, set in a 14kt yellow gold tiered setting and a pair of ruby and diamond hoop earrings with 14kt rose gold hoops, set with a total of 0.65cts in rubies and 0.42cts in diamonds.
