Bidders should make arrangements to have items of interest examined by their own experts and determine authenticity to their own satisfaction prior to bidding. Please do not bid unless you intend to honor the bid as we will post negative feedback and proceed against you legally for not completing the sale. Buyer agrees to be governed by the Laws of the State of Tennessee. All legal disputes will be settled in Tennessee with no exception whatsoever. By bidding in this auction, you are agreeing to all of stated and written terms. All sales are final and there are no refunds for any reason whatsoever. We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards but we do accept checks which can take up to 20 business days to clear from your bank, money orders which take 7 business days to make sure are not fake, bank drafts, Western Unions, and of course, cash. For the fastest US payment, PopMoney.com is accepted. It can transfer money in the same day from the buyers account to the sellers account. All you need is our name, John Coker and our email address, john@antiquesonline.com to complete payment. Overseas buyers must use Western Union or bank check in US Dollars, with no exceptions. Payment is expected to be received within 10 days after the auction date. Please make sure you have any condition reports necessary prior to Auction time, as once the sale begins, no condition reports will be sent out. Measurements are approximate and may be off by fractional inches, every effort is made to be correct but typos do occur and can be overlooked when proofed.
