Visa and MasterCard accepted except from international buyers. International purchases to be paid by Western Union only. 2. A buyer's premium of 15% will be added to the final bid price for each lot to determine the total purchase price. 3. All property is being sold as is. Inspection opportunities are available to those who wish to preview from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. on the day of the auction. 4. The Auctioneer reserves the right to withdraw any lot prior to being offered in the auction and shall have no liability whatsoever for withdrawal of the property. 5. The high bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the purchaser of that lot. The auctioneer is the sole determinant as to who is the successful bidder. Once an item is declared as "sold", the successful bidder assumes full risk and responsibility for the purchased lot. 6. Your bid is a contract. Do not place a bid that you are unwilling, or unable to honor. If you are declared as the winning bidder, you have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the property offered. Out of state sales tax numbers will be accepted. Currency Type: USD Checkout Date & Times: Payment must be rendered within 5 days for all absentee and liveauctioneers buyers. Time is of the essence. For any item that has not been paid for, or for any item on which shipping arrangements have not been made within 10 days of the auction, a $10 per day storage fee for each day beyond the 10 day arrangement period will be assessed. In a Public Auction with reserve, the seller or seller's agent reserves the right to bid on behalf of the seller in order to help them obtain the minimum amount they are willing to accept for an item.
