Terms and Conditions Amazing Auctioneers LLC thanks you for your interest and your bidding in this auction. Any announcements during the sale plus any additions or changes made to the items constitutes the entire terms and conditions. If you have any questions please ask before you bid. If you are the winning bidder you will be bound and expected to finalize the transaction. 1) All items are sold “AS IS, WHERE IS”. There are no warranties or guarantees of any kind, express or implied. All items are available for your examination prior to bidding. The items are available Monday through Saturday from 10 am to 4pm at 8217 NW Grand Ave, Peoria AZ. The descriptions are descriptions, not a guarantee as to condition, authenticity, or age of the items being sold. By placing a bid either in person, by phone, absentee or via the Internet, you confirm that you have examined and accept the item which you are bidding. If you are electing to have the items shipped and there is damage in shipping contact UPS to file a claim. All sales are final and there will be no refunds. 2) The successful bidder is the one accepted by the Auctioneer. Floor bidders will take precedence over and internet bidders if there is a tie in the bidding. 3) The purchaser assumes full responsibility for items at the fall of the hammer. 4) The purchase will be responsible to pay any applicable sales tax due on the purchase, if any is due. 5) There will be a Buyer’s Premium for internet bidders in the amount of 15% which will be added to the final bid price. This does not include shipping and handling. 6) All items must be picked up on Auction day or within the first two business days after the auction between 10am and 5pm. Any bidder wishing to have the item shipped is will be at the UPS rates actual charge and a labor fee of $5.00 which will be a separate charge to your credit card. 7) Payment must be made on the day of sale. Ebay buyers will receive an invoice immediately following the auction. It is the responsibility of the buyer to contact Amazing Auctioneers LLC to make payment and remove their merchandise. The payments can be arranged through PayPal, or Visa or MasterCard and or/by calling 480-945-9800. 8) Amazing Auctioneers LLC reserve the right to withdraw an lot at any time before the auction without any liabilities. 9) A range of value is given as a guide with a high and low estimate. Estimates should be relied upon as a guide. The owner is retiring and wants everything sold. 10) All lots will be sold in numerical order according to the catalog, and approximately 50 lots to 120 lots will be offered per hours. All bids will be at the Auctioneers discretion. Minimum bid increase will be as follows: under $99 will be $5, between 100 & $499 will be $10; between $500 and $999 will be $25; between $1,000 and $9,999 will be $50; and over $10,000 will be $100. 11) If bidder elects not to close on their bid, in addition to other remedies available to it by law, including without limitation the right to hold the purchaser liable for the total purchase price, Amazing Auctioneers, LLC at its option may either (a) cancel the sale, retaining as liquidated damages all payments made by the purchaser or (b) resell the property at public auction without reserve with the purchaser being responsible for any deficiency and costs, including handling charges, expenses of sale commission on both sales at regular rates, and all other charges due here and incidental damages. In the event the buyer initiates litigation against Amazing Auctioneer LLC for any other reason, the buyer agrees to reimburse Amazing Auctioneers LLC for reasonable attorney’s fees and collection costs incurred for any such action with jurisdiction in Maricopa County, Arizona.
