Auction to include over 1,000 vintage, antique and rare books stemming from three collections. Included are hundreds of books from the estate of Russell Johanson, proprietor of Ravenna Rare Books, Seattle, Washington with most deriving from his personal collection. A large emphasis for this auction is Pacific Northwest and Inland Northwest history including 19th century books and ephemera to mid-20th century Caxton Printers rare books with dust jackets. Washington state, Oregon, Idaho and Montana are all represented in books, autographs and ephemera. Other topics include Native Americana, U.S. History, Militaria, Cowboys and the West, Astronomy, Sales Catalogs, Coffin Catalogs, Automobilia, Poetry and more. Many books in the auction are first editions, signed first editions and signed, numbered first editions.
